Aeon presents Village Club expansion plan

Nonprofit developer Aeon is coming back to Bloomington.
Minneapolis-based Aeon is planning to add 172 apartments on the northeast side of the Village Club Apartments, which Aeon bought in December. The existing 306-unit complex is at 1930 86th St. E. in Bloomington, just south of Mall of America.
