Bids sought for adult education building in Minneapolis

“At long last, Minneapolis Public Schools is putting the final touches on plans for a $29 million adult education complex that will take up an entire block on the city’s south side.
Late last month the district issued a request for proposals seeking a contractor to build a three-story, 87,000-square-foot facility at 2005 Lake St. E., a 1.4-acre tract sandwiched between 21st Avenue South and 20th Avenue South.
