Nordic Ware plans cafe, 45,000-s.f. addition to St. Louis Park headquarters

Nordic Ware is proposing a 45,000-square-foot addition to its warehouse and loading dock operations at the company’s St. Louis Park headquarters.
The project plan also includes a small cafe with an outdoor patio on the south side of the property which faces a regional bike trail and the incoming Southwest Light Rail Transit project.
David Haaland, an operations principal with UrbanWorks Architecture, said the cafe “provides a nice front door” and will cater to commuters coming and going from the Beltline Boulevard light rail station.
