Project for a Pride in Living’s Maya Commons is underway

No one can accuse Project for a Pride in Living of not getting the most out of the former Bunge grain elevator site in northeast Minneapolis.
The nonprofit Minneapolis developer, also known as PPL Properties, ceremonially broke ground Wednesday (having begun construction in July) on Maya Commons, the fifth and final housing project on the roughly four-acre site at 923 12th Ave. SE.
