Homeless shelter projects take persistence

“Even as developers and builders complete new shelters for the homeless, they say they can’t keep up with the demand.
A private contractor and two affordable housing developers described their recent projects and the Twin Cities area’s challenges at the “Impact of Real Estate Decisions on Homelessness” forum sponsored by the Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Women.
