Harbourline will offer 66 high-quality affordable housing apartments in Saint Paul.    This new construction building will be part of a 7.25-acre multi-use, riverfront district called Farwell-on-Water, located just east of Harriet Island on Saint Paul’s west bank.  The overall development will transform an industrial area into a thriving creative community.

Built on the grounds of a former lumberyard and macaroni factory, the project has effectively addressed challenges such as shallow groundwater, a high flood plain, and contaminated soils through meticulous cleanup, corrective measures, and an elevated finish floor.  Offering a mix of one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, the building will provide residents with amenities including an activity room, community area, and outdoor patio. Moreover, it will feature community gardens and a pet run for the larger development.
