Located in Northeast Minneapolis, Maya Commons and Brook Avenue Co-Op are new construction buildings that incorporate the historically significant Bunge grain elevator. The design transforms the existing structure into the largest peace pole in North America – giving it new life as the location of the building’s amenity spaces.
As mixed-income housing, the affordable units are reserved for residents making between 30-50% of the Area Median Income. With amenities that include a fitness center, bike storage, and community space featuring community art, Maya Commons and Brook Ave Co-Op bring contemporary, affordable living to the Northeast community.
