Restoring Waters, located in Saint Paul’s Highland Bridge neighborhood, is a collaboration between Project for Pride in Living and Emma Norton Services. This innovative facility combines office headquarters and supportive housing for 60 women and families overcoming mental health challenges, addiction, and homelessness. Designed with trauma-informed and evidence-based principles, it offers a welcoming, home-like environment that promotes dignity, independence, and community integration.
