Cornerstone Creek is a 45-unit affordable housing facility for adults with developmental disabilities. The facility is designed to provide a secure lifestyle to those who are likely to outlive their caregivers, combining the feeling and social community of apartment living with an availability of care.
The design features one- and two-bedroom units as well as guest suites. Common areas including a kosher kitchen and dining area, a fitness center, courtyard and gardens, and ample community spaces. Programming and administrative space is onsite to house J-HAP staff and partner agencies.
Cornerstone Creek will be the first of its kind in the state and is hoped to serve as a nationally replicable model.
